The Henley Global Masterclass taking place on 16 & 17 May 2019 in Munich on “Augmented Leadership: New skills for leaders in the 4th industrial revolution” clearly showed that digitalization leads to a new duality with AI and automation on one side and a “revival of humanity” on the other side.
One of the Masterclass speaker, Felix Müller, showed that this “revival of humanity” means that people’s contribution to organizational success increasingly lies in the truly human capacity of co-creating innovation, which requires them to build and maintain trustful relationships. However, he wondered, have we ever learnt how trust is built and what each party’s role is in doing so?
We are very happy to bring Felix Müller’s Masterclass session on the role of trust to our community. He will share his insights into the biological, psychological and neuroscientific foundations of building trust, using current thinking and experiential learning, in a stimulating and hands-on learning format. At the end, you will be able to build trustful relationships in various settings.
As always, we start with a networking reception at 18.30 hrs, followed by the workshop at 19.00 hrs. We plan on finishing at 21.00 hrs and ending with half an hour of networking. The workshop will be conducted in English.
