A truly international MBA – well ranked and respected

Studying at Henley Business School is an international undertaking. Founded in 1945 in Henley-on-Thames near London to reconstruct the British economy after World War II, Henley has founded subsidiaries in South Africa, Malaysia, Finland and Germany.

As a student, you benefit from Henley‘s global approach in many ways:

Burroni Henley

I have been working in global legal positions within multinational companies since 2006, moving from Italy (where I was born and raised) to Germany and then, very recently, to the USA. Henley‘s triple accreditation and ranking were among the main drivers of my decision to choose this programme.

International exposure and interaction – workshops abroad

While the Henley Germany facilities in downtown Munich are your home base, you will spend two workshops at Henley‘s campus in the UK. During these two workshops you will be with your peers from Henley Finland, whom you meet again for the joint-workshops in Munich and Helsinki in Stage Two of your MBA. This international exposure may be further deepened if you choose to take the International Study Trip option in Stage Three (at an additional fee). Furthermore, you will learn with an internationally experienced faculty that knows and appreciates cultural differences.

International recognition – triple crown accreditation

Henley‘s international orientation is also reflected in its accreditations: Henley is one of a few (and only two in Germany) business schools to boast a ‚triple crown accreditation‘, i.e. are accredited by the leading agencies in the UK (AMBA), the US (AACSB) and Europe (EQUIS). For you as a student, this first means that Henley meets their stringent quality standards. And second, that the Henley MBA is recognised as a highly reputable degree all over the world. In essence, the Henley MBA is a ‚passport to the world‘, regardless where the future may take you.

International rankings – consistently among the Top 50 in the world

Like accreditations, rankings are perceived to be an indicator for MBA programme performance. Strongly based on actual student feedback, they give the ‚real‘ picture on how it is to be an MBA student and what the outcomes are. Henley is proud to have been consistently ranked among the Top 50 in the world (most recently in Fall 2015 by the Financial Times). Studying at a Top 50 business school is also a reflection of the standards a professional applies when choosing an EMBA programme.
